Phone Screening
A recruiter from our team will call you for a pre-employment assessment. Once qualifications are established, you will be invited for a phone interview with our Clinical Supervisor.
Phone Interview
Pre-screened candidates will interview with our Clinical Supervisor either by phone or by zoom.
In-Person Interview
Time to meet us! If our Clinical Supervisor determines you are a good fit, you will be invited to meet with us in person.
Employment Offer
If you are accepted for the position, you will be given a verbal offer of employment, followed by a written offer. Once you accept your employment offer, you will need to consent to a preliminary criminal background check and provide references.
Orientation
Congratulations, you are now a HealthView employee! During your paid orientation, you will review agency policy/procedures, undergo skills testing, complete new hire paperwork, and receive supplies for visits. You will also undergo additional training introducing you to our EMR system, and you will be assigned to shadow other clinicians until you are ready to see patients on your own.
